I am playing Risen. In the start there were entries in the journal but now it is empty. I can't see quest details or name of it!!! Help me !!

Keep changing the resolution of monitor. It helps me to get back journal with entries.

Go to Settings > Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Font Size: set to Normal
PC Saved Game Files, System Req, New Baby Names

If you're having this issue then try lowering your resolution to each setting and then clicking APPLY each time, then once you get to the lowest setting then start setting to each higher setting and click APPLY each time until you get around 1200 x 900 and see if the quest log text doesn't appear. I've changed my resolution back to 1280 x 1024 (my original settting) and the text still shows.
